Pina2 gives your syndicate its own app on iPhone and Android, under your name — from announcing a deal to the last payment. Every deal gets its own room, every request to invest comes in with a name and a sum, and no money passes through us — your SPV stays exactly where it is.

The whole loop, and where Pina2 sits in it.
Who said yes is somewhere in a chat. Who actually sent the money is in someone’s head. Weeks go by before you can say how much is really in.
Your SPV provider sets up the company once you know the sum. Getting to that sum is nine different tools and a lot of chasing — “it is a lot of chasing, and it often requires daily management”, in the words of a syndicate lead, writing publicly.
Every request comes in with a name and a sum, in one list you can sort. No scrolling back through forty messages to work out where the deal stands.
Your member taps Invest and picks a number. It reaches you attached to the request, not typed into a chat.
You approve every join request to a closed deal room, and every member traces back to the person who invited them.
Updates, documents and news from the founders keep arriving where your members already are.
The room, the documents and the requests live in your app. The money never crosses into it.

Your members install your app, not a platform with your logo in the corner. Inside it, every deal has its own room — and the groups your syndicate runs all year sit next to them.

Term sheet is uploaded. Same structure as the last two deals.

Was at their Austin facility yesterday — the second assembly line is already running.
Reviewed the SPV docs: standard 2/20, no side letters.

Allocation is 76% filled. Closing on Friday.
AngelList, Odin, Sydecar and Canopy set up the company that holds the deal. That part starts once you already know the sum. Everything before it — who is in, for how much, and by when — is still on you.
Invite whoever belongs in the room. You pay for the work, not for seats.
Server, backups and storage included. We do not count people, and there is nothing extra to buy.
Invite whoever belongs in the room — founders, advisors and guests cost you nothing.
Server, backups and storage included.
A deal only counts once someone puts money in — a room that collects nothing is free. Deals are counted over the year, and your plan is only reviewed when you renew, so opening a room never changes this month’s bill.
Your app built, your server live. The engine already exists — a launch is configuration and branding, not a new product built from zero.
Your members are your list, not ours. Nothing about your syndicate sits next to another’s.
Your own app, your own server, your own database. Your member list is never in the same place as another syndicate’s.
Personal single-use invites, plus time-limited QR codes for bulk onboarding. Every member traces back to a person and a code.
Documents and discussion are visible to the members of that deal room — not to the whole app.
Your syndicate runs on its own server and its own database, never a shared tenant. No third-party trackers or ad SDKs — crash and usage data stay on your server. How data is handled →
No money moves through Pina2 — we never hold it, send it or take a cut of it. We handle everything around it. You announce the deal in your own app. A member taps Invest and picks a sum, so the request reaches you with a name and an amount, not as a line somewhere in a chat. Every request has a state — sent, approved, money in — so at any moment you can see how much is really in and who is still missing. The wire, the SPV and the signatures stay exactly where they are today.
No. AngelList, Sydecar, Odin, Canopy or your lawyer set up the company that holds the deal, and that stays as it is. Their part starts once you already know the sum. Pina2 is the part before it: the room, the requests and the running total.
Yours. It is published under your name in the App Store and Google Play, with your icon, colours and texts. Your members install your app, not a platform that happens to host it.
The notification comes from an app only your syndicate uses, not as one more message in a chat that already has forty threads. Whether someone invests is still down to the deal — but you will know they saw it, and you will see who has not replied.
No, and the price does not change with the number of people. Fifty members or five thousand, you pay by deals, not by seats. Invite everyone who belongs in the room.
A deal room where at least one investment actually comes in. A room that collects nothing is free. Deals are counted over the year and your plan is only reviewed when you renew — so opening a room never changes this month’s bill.
In the same app, and they stay there. A closed deal keeps its room, its documents and the list of who took part. Updates from the founders keep landing in that room — the next round, the quarterly numbers. A member who joins two years from now can scroll your whole track record instead of asking you to dig a PDF out of a chat.
You do. Your syndicate runs on its own server and its own database — never shared with another syndicate — and an admin can export the member list, deal rooms, documents and message history at any time, in open formats. We run the server; what is in it is yours to take.
Your app is yours and stays in the stores under your name. Your data comes out with you: an admin can export everything at any time, not only on the way out. If a subscription lapses we give you notice and keep your server running for 30 days, so there is time to export and to tell your members in your own words. After that we stop the backend.
Two weeks of our work — server, branding, admin panel, iOS and Android builds. The app is published from your own developer accounts, so we open those at kick-off and Apple’s company check runs in parallel. Store review then takes its own time on top, and that part is not ours to promise.
No, and we would not recommend it. Most syndicates start with one live deal inside Pina2 while everything else stays put, then move the rest once members are in.
Yes. A 30-minute call, and we click through a working prototype together — deals, deal rooms, requests, approvals, member management. Scope and price come in writing after the call.
